golden light

Here are a few from Sasha and Levi’s fabulous wedding. Remember the engagement session of them I posted few months back? I loved those pics and their wedding is no exception. The day was filled with joy, laughter and happiness. And a gorgeous wedding party! Ya it was -25C on that day but they braved the cold and we managed to get some fabulous pictures at the end. Looking at the smile on the face of Sasha and Levi, I know a lifetime of happiness is waiting for you two. And I couldn’t be more honored to be a part of your love story. Thanks again for making me a part of your special day.

Jehna and Austin are just magical together. Hell, it was impossible to miss it! The gentle way of how Austin pulled Jehna closer to him and Jehna’s eyes sparkled every time, was a dead giveaway. What makes the two of them even more special, is that they both have similar passion. Bodybuilding and fitness. Combine all these, and these two are the perfect match! I had so much fun covering this couple session in all!

Jehna and Austin, thanks again for working with me! You two are amazing <3

Where do I begin for this one!! I know Cassie for 3.5 years now. She took the awesome newborn pictures of my son and we have been in contact ever since. The couple session I did of Cassie and Dan couple years back is still one of my favorite session ever! When these two love birds welcomed their precious little one, I knew I should photograph their wonderful family. And oh boy! Isn’t Lincoln the cutest little guy? Full of energy and cuteness! This session was like a dream with gorgeous golden hour light, wonderful location and all the love in the air!

Thanks to Cassie and Dan for letting capture this precious family moments. I mentioned yesterday in one of my blog post that family session is my new favorites. And I can only emphasize to that statement after this session. Can’t wait to capture more family loves in the coming days.

Here are some pictures from Tammy and Nick’s engagement session. Aren’t these two just adorable? Funny story, I often tell a couple to whisper onto each other’s ear. This brings out some excellent moments to capture. Every time I did that with Tammy and Nick, Tammy was just laughing so hard! I asked Nick about what he was whispering? Nick said, “Cookie Monster!” Well, I think I myself laughed straight 5 minutes after hearing that lol. The rest of the session was just filled with such laughter, love and snuggling. I couldn’t be more happier about how the pictures turned out! I’m beyond excited to capture their 2018 edmonton wedding!

I met Christina and Andrew couple months back and I immediately saw the love between these two love birds! They were like made for each other and there was something special about this two. Gentle, kind and subtle yet full of energy! Covering their engagement session was a great experience because of their interesting and fun personality. Can’t wait to cover their wedding in the coming summer!

I am soooooo in love with this wonderful wedding and locations in Red Deer! Plus photographing a wedding in Red Deer is always super fun as I love to travel. This elegant wedding was just perfect! On the wedding day I met Rachel at Salon Harper and it was such a nice place to take the getting ready pictures. Then we did the pictures of first look and formals. The couple’s elegant dresses were a perfect match for the gorgeous couple. They had perfect summer wedding formal photos at Coronation Park. I loved capturing these two humble souls in the warmth of summer while they were enjoying every moment together as Husband and Wife.

Really really enjoyed the day. Thanks for making me a part of your special day!

Let me take a breathe and decide where to begin! First, isn’t Stacey’s dress jaw dropping? I saw her first on the wedding day and told her that she’s looking like a princess! From weather, to the bridal party to shooting locations – everything turned out to be perfect for this wedding. Glad to be a part of this special day! And wishing you two a lifetime of happiness!

Well, being in the city, I do not get a lot of chance to explore the farm houses and fields. So when Ashley and Morgan told me that they want to get their engagement pictures done at a farmhouse, I was really excited! And OMG I am in love with their pictures myself lol! I already made it my next years resolution to shoot more in the rural areas and explore a lot more. There are so many beautiful places in Alberta and I re-realized that on that day again!
I met Ashley and Morgan couple months ago. They are such a sweet sweet couple! Morgan has the most innocent smile a guy can have! I told him that during photographing the engagement session and he literally melted haha. These two are funny and just so full of life! The entire session was filled with laughter, smile and love. Both in front and behind the camera! When I was shooting them, I was thoroughly enjoying their chemistry, love, smiles and Morgan’s jokes. I though to myself that I must have did something good in the past. Otherwise why these guys are letting me watch something so great which I am thoroughly enjoying and paying me on top of that! Do I have the best job in the world or not?!
Ashley and Morgan, I am so happy to be able to capture these moments which are so precious to you two. Thanks for letting me be a part of this experience. Soooo looking forward to enjoy your wedding next year! I know it will be a BLAST!

Christine and Mary are two sisters who are two very kind and lovely human being! I usually do not photograph a lot of family sessions due to my busy wedding schedule. But when my friend Christine wanted to hire me, I knew I had to cover this session. I have known Christine for the past 3 years and she’s always been an incredible support for me. And she’s an awesome newborn, maternity and family photographer herself (Bezanson Photography). Whenever I needed any advice for my photography, I always messaged Christine and she was always there for me. Can’t tell you how grateful I am to her!

And they were so natural during the shoot together. It was just pure joy seeing two sisters talking, laughing, hugging and just being them self. Not going to lie, I was a little jealous of these two since I didn’t have a sister growing up! I’m so happy for these two and I pray that they will smile just like this all their life. I’m so thankful to be capturing these moments for them.

This session was like a dream! I always try to capture the chemistry between the couple and tell their story. As I was shooting Larissa and Matt, I felt like I was listening to their story! These two took every direction I gave so easily and I had a blast covering this session. Can’t wait to capture their wedding story in few weeks!
I tell this often, but day like this makes me fall in love with photography all over again. And again.
